My name’s Álvaro and I’m an app designer. I am writing this e-mail to ask if I could have a loan. I would be pleased if I could have $100,000. Then, I could pay the money back. Each month, I would be able to return $2,000. Could you please tell me how much time and money the loan would cost, please?

 

I am developing an app that tells you where the best restaurants are. It will be a free app and everyone would be able to rate it and write comments about it. I need some money to start developing it.

WRITING EXAM

Dear Alex, 

I've seen the e- mail you wrote me last week. You asked me what I was going to do this Christmas; well, I'm going to visit my family in Barcelona, after that, I'm going to Cazorla with my other family and we are going to spend there a week. 

After that, I'm going to my house and I'll play video games and meet my friends. I also have to study English because after Christmas we have an exam and I want to get a good mark. I will also buy some presents for my parents and for my sister. I wish that this Christmas I have a lot of fun with my friends and family.

LAST SUMMER

LAST SUMMER

Last summer I had a lot of fun. It was one of my best summers in my life! At the beginning of the summer, I visited one of my cousins that live for away from where I live. We had a great time at the beach at the beach and at the Swimming- pool.

When my cousins went home, I met my friends everyday and I went with them to the beach. We used to play volleyball in the mornings an we went out on the evenings. We had a great time together!

When all my friends went away, I stayed alone in my house and I helped with the housework. I also spent part of my time doing homework. Specially English.

In fact, I had a great summer and I wish that next year will be the same as this one! 



   

SUMMER CAMPS

SUMMER CAMPS

Four years ago, I used to go to a summer camp, but now, I don't go any longer because now, I prefer to play tennis and meet with my friends un summer. 

When I went to summer camps, we did lots of things like playing different sports or doing silly games, but I had fun. Now, I play tennis for one month instead of going to a summer camp. When I finish playing tennis, I go to the swimming pool with my friends.

After that month I meet my friends every day and I go to the beach and we have lot of fun.

I don't think that summer camps are boring, but I prefer doing other things at summer!

B- Not really good, I haven't studied enough.

A- You should study more.

B- Yeah, I know. 

A- Sarah s going to have a party in her house. Shall I go?

B- No, you shouldn't. You must study. Just like me. what about meeting this afternoon in my house for studying together? 

A- Great idea! We need to have good marks in the next exam.

B- Yes, we do. Shall I buy some biscuits?

A- Ok, but I prefer sweets.

B- All right. See you this afternoon then! 

A- Bye Sam.

SCHOOL RULES IN USA

SCHOOL RULES IN USA 

Rules in USA are very different from rules in Spain. An schools in USA you must be in class before the teacher arrives and you need to say good morning to your teacher. I agree with that because all students should be polite.

You are allowed to get out of your class when this ends. In Spain you are not allowed to do that. I don't agree with this because students have to take a little break between two classes, at least, that's my opinion.

The rest of the rules are more ore less the same. I think that rules in school are not so different in USA and in Spain. Everyone should be polite with each other and have a good behavior. 

Even teachers!

A- How about buying her a present?

A- What about buying her some clothes?

B- Ok, but would you lend me some money please?

A- I'm afraid I can't because I don't have any pocket money right now. 

B- Why don't we go to your house to get some?

A- I'm sorry, but I think that there's no one in my house and I don't have the keys.

B- Shall we call my dad to give us some money? 

A- Great idea, then we can buy Sandra's present.

B- Let's not go into that shop. Things are too expensive.

A- Ok, but let's buy her something. 

B- See you Max!
